Office Policies
The aim of our office is to see you within 15 minutes of your appointment time. However, we would appreciate your patience if delays are longer.
We expect patients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time, so that you can brush your teeth before being seen by the dentist and nurse.
We expect patients, with a 30 minute appointment, to be at our office no more than 1 hour in total.
Patients arriving late will be seen as soon as possible, but after patients that arrived on time.
The office will open as normal with typhoon warnings below No. 8, and Amber and Red Rainstorm warnings.
During Black Rainstorm or Typhoon No. 8 warnings our office will operate as follows:

Cancellation of Appointments
Due to increases in late cancellation of appointments, the clinic will implement the following procedures to accommodate all our patients:
- Cancellations two weeks or more before the appointment
We will reschedule as soon as convenient to the patient and the clinic.
- Cancellations up to two weeks before the appointment
We will reschedule with a one week delay.
- Cancellation the day before or on the day of the appointment
We will reschedule with a two week delay.
- Cancellations of long appointments, 45 minutes or longer, without 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $1000.
These appointments consist of Consultation, Bonding and De-bonding.
